Caversham

We recently finished the weathertightness remediation of an existing house in Hamilton. The old house was a clad in plaster which has now been replaced with a high quality stained cedar. We’ve worked hard with the client and contractor to achieve a great outcome - opening up the living spaces, new interior finishes, and full exterior landscaping completed.
Strata have been engaged from the outset, providing reports on the condition of the house, designing and documenting the project, assisting in legal proceedings, and overseeing the construction process.
We’re very happy to see it finished, and think it’s a great example of what can be achieved in remediation projects.
